Ingredients:
4 sheets puff pastry
15 whole eggs
1 qt heavy cream
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 lbs cooked turkey breast, finely diced
2 lbs cooked broccoli, chopped finely
2 lbs cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, diced
4 whole cloves sliced
1 bunch parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Place puff pastry on floured surface. Using a dough cutter, cut puff pastry into 4-inch circles. Press the cut pastry into greased [quiche tins?]. Refrigerate for one hour.
To prepare batter, combine the eggs, heavy cream, and seasonings. Next, prepare the filling by sautéing the onion and garlic with 2 TBSP olive oil over medium heat, 4 to 5 minutes or until translucent. Add cooked turkey and broccoli to the onion and garlic. Continue to cook for three to five minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped parsley.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place ½ cup filling into each pastry-lined quiche tin. Pour equal amounts of batter over the filling. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before removing quiche from tins.
