Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving is one of our favorite holidays at The Doe Fund, and we celebrate each year with a feast served up by our esteemed culinary team.
Our holiday meal reaches over 600 of our residents at our 4 residences and is made up of 3,400 pounds of turkey, 200 pounds of sweet potatoes, 200 pounds of cornbread stuffing, 60 pounds of glazed carrots, 65 gallons of pumpkin soup, 20 gallons of gravy, 300 clove rolls, 250 biscuits, 36 loafs of pumpkin bread, and over 100 pies!
