Wesley has been working with us for almost 3 years and has been diligent in his efforts to improve his cooking and supervising skills. Since day one, he’s talked about his vast improvement in the culinary field- from barely boiling water to now supervising at least 8 trainees every morning and helping to prepare 400 meals per day. If ever asked about his career, he’s the first to say, “At the ripe age of 50, I can finally say I’ve found my passion- cooking.” He is what we at The Doe Fund call a P.Q. man- Pride and Quality, and he shows it every day.
